We are looking for talents in the area of human capital, at a national level who are interested in living in Cuenca
FUNCTIONS
• Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment process, including finding, interviewing, and hiring top talent nationwide.
• Interview Coordination: Conduct thorough and effective live interviews via Zoom, ensuring a professional and seamless environment.
• Training & Development: Facilitate and manage training programs for new employees, ensuring seamless integration into our diverse and global team.
• Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide support and guidance as needed.
• Human Resources Policy Execution: Implement and enforce HR policies and practices in alignment with global standards.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
• Management of social benefits
• Management of absenteeism, leave, contracts, payroll review.
• Knowledge of Ecuadorian law
Requisitos
- Education: University Human Capital Management, Psychology, Human Capital Administration
- Advanced/intermediate handling of Office Package (Word, Excel, Outlook) (excluding)
- Possess experience in similar human capital positions.
- Experience: 4 to 5 years of experience in the area of Human Capital
- ADVANCED ENGLISH 100% essential
